Stage 2 Turbo Chips

This is another set of chips for your LH 2.4/EZK equipped B230FT. They are best enjoyed in a spec identical to the car they were developed on, as follows:
8v turbo
M90 manual transmission (automatic will not run differently, but WHP will be reduced)
Angled outlet 15G at 16 psi (16T almost the same, 18T/19T it’s probably better to keep the boost down)
3” downpipe into 2.5” exhaust
Do88 Intercooler
ENEM V15/IPD Turbo cam
012 3” MAF (as found in 1991-94 Volvo 960 among other things)
480cc injectors
fresh Stage 0
937 ECU, 207 EZK
The closer your car is to this setup (what the tune was developed for on a dyno and not the street), the better your results will be. My car with this setup made 234 whp and 266 wtq. I drive it every day and get about 23-24 mpg combined. As with my other chips special attention has been paid to starting and general drivability, not just peak power.
Package contains two chips. To use the ignition chip you will need the HarrieCo daughterboard sold here, a factory gold EZK, or another aftermarket daughterboard. You will need the 3” MAF in order for these chips to work correctly. Not doing so risks rich running as well as the possibility of severe injury or death. I would not use these with injector flow under about 400cc/min.
